Article 1 : Organizer

The company PixelHeart, registered in the Marseille Trade and Companies Register under number 844 350 918 00018, whose registered office is located at 33 RUE FONGATE 106 MARSEILLE, is organizing a free, no-obligation competition entitled Xmas season at PixelHeart from 4/12/2023 to 10/12/23 THEN from 11/12/2023 to 17/12/2023 THEN from 18/12/2023 to 29/12/2023.

Article 2 : Conditions of participation

This competition is open to all natural persons of legal age residing in Europe / USA / Japan. Members of the organizing company’s staff and their families are not authorized to take part in the contest.

Article 3 : Terms of participation

To take part in the competition, participants must fill in an online form indicating the desired items before the closing dates indicated in Article 1.

Article 4: Designation of winners

Winners will be selected by random draw from among eligible participants within 5 days of the end of the competition. Winners will be contacted by e-mail to receive their prize.

Article 5 : Prizes

The prizes awarded to the winners are as follows (1 winner per week):

– Week 1 ( 4/12/2023 – 10/12/2023 ): 5 Nintendo Switch PixelHeart Limited Edition games (Standard box) of your choice.
– Week 2 ( 11/12/2023 – 17/12/2023 ): 5 PlayStation 4 PixelHeart Limited Edition (Standard box) games of your choice.
– Week 3 ( 18/12/2023 – 29/12/2023 ): 2 “Collector’s Edition” or “Limited Box Edition” PS4/Switch games of your choice.

Each winner will receive by email a list of games available in STOCK from our catalog to choose from, according to the week’s theme (Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 or Collector/Limited Box Edition).

Prizes are neither exchangeable nor convertible into cash.

Article 6: Use of personal data

Personal data collected as part of this competition will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition, awarding prizes and sending marketing communications in accordance with the law. Participants have the right to request access, rectification or deletion of their personal data.

Article 7 : Liability

The organizing company declines all responsibility in the event of technical problems, loss of data or interruption of the contest for reasons beyond its control.

Article 8: Litigation

Any claim relating to the contest must be sent in writing to the following address: [email protected]. In the event of a dispute, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 9: Acceptance of the rules

Participation in the competition implies unreserved acceptance of the present rules in their entirety.
